Doris Epps attended Montgomery College, where her major was Early Childhood Education. Her true passion is Early Childhood Education. She is looking forward to continuing her education in that field of work. Doris has over 30 years of training in early childhood. Throughout her career in the childhood field, she has worked with all age groups, from infants to school-age students. She loves watching children learn and grow as they develop through their stages of life.

In her spare time, she loves working out and taking TAE-KWON-DO classes. Her favorite children's books come in different age ranges since she has worked with so many age groups throughout her career. Her favorite books are Goodnight Moon by Margaret Wise Brown, The Giving Tree by Shel Silverstein, and Bug In a Vacuum by Melanie Watt. Doris has an extensive range of children’s books that she loves. It was hard to just list a handful of her favorites. These are the top three that she keeps in her own personal library.
